Which method(s) of payment do you accept?
We currently only accept payments through PayPal. If you have never heard/used PayPal before, you can get all the information here. PayPal is an online payment service and allows users to pay with all major credit cards, free of charge.

Do I need a PayPal account to make purchases?
Nope. You can easily make a purchase with PayPal without having to login or register for an account. From our site, you will be forwarded to the PayPal website and from there you will be able to complete the transaction.

How secure is my purchase?
Very. All purchases from our online store are processed through PayPal, using an industry-leading technology to keep all of your information safe. How long will it take to receive my order?
From confirmation date of delivery:
CANADA  —  4 – 6 business days
UNITED STATES –  6 – 14 business days
INTERNATIONAL  – 14 – 22 business days

How should I care for my apparel?

Clothing can be a fragile item if not taken care of. In order to get the most out of your purchase, we strongly recommend the following instructions:

1) WASH GARMENT(S) :

– WITH SIMILAR COLORS

– INSIDE OUT

– IN COLD WATER

2) HANG DRY GARMENT(S)

– IN ORDER TO AVOID ANY SHRINKING.

3) DO NOT IRON DIRECTLY ONTO DESIGN.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

What is your return/exchange policy:

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Guidelines that must be fulfilled are as followed – Garment(s) must be:

1) Unworn
2) Unwashed
3) Unmarked
4) Smoke-Free

Please note, unless we have sent you the wrong item, the buyer is held responsible for all shipping costs. Exchanges/returns will be processed after we have received the product(s), where we will then mention the outcome – whether the item is eligible or not. If we believe the guidelines have not been fulfilled, or that you are taking advantage of our policy, we reserve the right to deny a request. If you would like to exchange or return an item, please send a message to info@myndsetapparel.com and from there we will send further instructions/details on how to proceed next. Packages sent without initially contacting us will not be accepted.
